This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all services offered by API Data Tools.
API Data Tools provides online data transformation utilities and production-grade APIs for developers. To help users evaluate the quality and suitability of our APIs, we offer a generous free quota and testing environment before any purchase is required.
All purchases, subscriptions, or credit packs made through API Data Tools are non-refundable. As free credits are provided to test all functionalities before payment, we do not provide partial or full refunds under any circumstance once the transaction is completed.
This policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to API credits, subscriptions, and feature upgrades.
Users may cancel a paid plan at any time through their account console. Cancellation will stop any future recurring billing, but it will not generate refunds for the current billing period. Access to the paid features will remain active until the end of the subscription term.
In rare cases of duplicate payments or transaction failures resulting in an incorrect debit, users can contact our support team at support@apidatatools.com. Valid refund requests due to payment processing errors will be reviewed and resolved promptly in accordance with Indian consumer protection norms.
If API Data Tools terminates a user’s access for reasons other than Terms of Service violations, unused credits in that account may be refunded or prorated at our sole discretion.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in India, where API Data Tools is registered and operates.
