These Terms govern your use of all services provided by API Data Tools, including browser-based data transformation tools and production APIs. By using the website or API console, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
API Data Tools offers online utilities and developer APIs for validating, transforming, and converting structured data formats including JSON, YAML, XML, CSV, and others. Access may be available freely or via paid subscription plans.
User accounts are managed via AWS Cognito. Only username and email are stored securely. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. API Data Tools is not liable for unauthorized access caused by shared or insecure credentials.
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
Free and paid API tiers include usage quotas and concurrent request limits. Excessive or abusive usage may be temporarily limited to ensure service stability. API Data Tools reserves the right to modify rate limits or pricing at any time without notice via our website.
All website content, APIs, documentation, software, and branding are the exclusive property of API Data Tools. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
Paid subscriptions and API credits are charged as per the plans described on the Pricing page. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable Indian law. Free credits are promotional, non-transferable, and subject to change without notice.
Our handling of user information is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not inspect or analyze customer data. Logs may be kept temporarily (for up to 45 days) for stability and debugging.
API Data Tools may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the integrity of our platform. Termination shall not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
The Services are provided on a best-effort basis without any guarantee of uptime or performance. We do not provide SLA guarantees unless stated in a dedicated enterprise agreement.
In no event shall API Data Tools or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or compatibility with specific systems.
Our services may integrate or rely upon third-party systems such as AWS, Google Analytics, and AWS Cognito. These providers operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or service availability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless API Data Tools, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or demands, including legal fees, made by any third party due to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect product improvements, compliance requirements, or legal changes. Updates are published on this page with an effective date. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of India.
